Our menu for lunch and dinner at Firenze Trattoria is inspired by the cuisine of Tuscany. Chef Italo Peveri combines the culinary traditions of his home town of Milano, Italy with the fresh and innovative cuisine found in San Diego. The result is an inspiring combination of traditional Italian dishes of such as Melanzane Parmigiana, Pollo Florentina, Vitello Marsala and Cappellini al Pomodoro to unique combinations of flavors, such as the Lasagna Firenze, which combines cheese, beef, chicken and sausage to create a sumputuous spin on the traditional dish. And of course, our innovative Rigatoni alla Vodka e Funqi, a house favorite, is based on our popular vodka sauce with a touch of cream.
