Filled with four cheeses and topped with creamy porcini mushroom sauce
Antipasto Inverno
Smoked salmon on top of bufala mozzarella served with prosciutto-wrapped figs
Principale
Veal Chop alla Griglia
16 oz. Bone-in veal chop grilled to perfection and finished with sage suace.
Served with tomato mashed potatoes and vegetables
Bisteca al Chianti
Grilled “Black Angus Certified” porterhouse topped with chianti sauce with
Pancetta and shallots. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Halibut alla Brodetto
Fresh Alaskan halibut sautéed with white wine, olive oil, garlic and basil
Served over spaghetti and artichoke hearts
Combo di Ravioli
A trio of raviolis including roasted vegetable ravioli in marinara sauce,
Eggplant ravioli in Alfredo sauce, and artichoke ravioli in creamy pesto sauce

With San Diego Restaurant Week fast approaching, we want to encourage our patrons and blog readers at Firenze Trattoria to go out and celebrate fabulous food and a wonderful ambiance. This is going to be the event’s seventh year, and it is widely recognized as San Diego County’s most successful and biggest dining event.
This is a twice-yearly event, and it is celebrated in order to highlight our fabulous city as a world-class dining destination. With over 180 restaurants already on the list of participants, this is going to be a gastronomic feast that is sure to delight anyone who enjoys good food.
What makes this event so great is that you don’t need tickets, coupons or passes in order to attend and explore the dining opportunities. All you need to do is make your reservations, come to Firenze Trattoria, and enjoy fine Italian dining at an already set price.
Yes, when you arrive, you will be able to order and enjoy a three-course, gourmet, Tuscan-inspired Italian meal, prepared with the freshest and finest ingredients available, and it is all being offered at the incredibly reasonable price of $30.00 per person. At Firenze Trattoria, we are known for being at the vanguard of San Diego Italian Restaurants, and we always go to great lengths to preserve our gourmet dining reputation.

Opening day at Del Mar is on July 21st and at Firenze Trattoria we love San Diego traditions. Enjoy such favorites as, Cappellini alla Caprese (angel hair pasta sautéed with fresh roma tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella di bufala, and basil) Lasagna Firenze (layered with ricotta cheese, veal, beef, chicken, fresh tomato, mushroom, parmesan and placed upon our marinara sauce & topped with creamy bechamel sauce).
